The author generalizes the results of Poincaré duality in the Hochschild (co)homology of a large class of Hopf algebras to right coideal subalgebras over which the Hopf algebra is fully faithfully flat. As an application, the main result is applied to the paradigm of a quantum homogeneous space which is Podleś' standard quantum 2-sphere.
