Gulyaev-Bleustein waves in piezoelectric media (Q1820028)

A solution is given for the problem of the excitation of Gulyaev- Bleustein shear surface acoustic waves of two ribbon electrodes of finite length on the surfce of a semi-infinite crystal of hexagonal class 6mm. The electron charge distribution density functions are determined on the electrodes as are also the shear surface-wave characteristics.
