Integral manifolds, singular perturbations and optimal control (Q1824200)

We apply the method of integral manifolds of \textit{N. N. Bogolyubov} and \textit{Yu. A. Mitropol'skij} [The method of integral manifolds in nonlinear mechanics, Proc. Int. Symp. Nonlinear oscillations, Vol. 1, 93-154 (Russian) (1963; Zbl 0135.429); see also \textit{Yu. A. Mitropol'skij} and \textit{O. B. Lykova}, Integral manifolds in nonlinear mechanics (Russian) (1973; Zbl 0286.34067)] to the investigation of systems of ordinary differential equations with a small parameter in part of the derivatives.
