    The Lyapunov-Bellman technique is used to prove the optimal asymptotic stabilization of the rotational motion of a rigid body around an arbitrary axis with the help of a rotors system. The control moments are determined. The optimality conditions of this motion are used to obtain the control law as functions of the phase coordinates of the system.
