The author establishes the existence of elementary solutions to finite difference operators with infinitely many constant coefficients where these coefficients are \(C^{\infty}\)-functions of a parameter. The elementary solution is a \(C^{\infty}\)-function of the parameter with values in the space of Schwartz' distribution \(D'\). The method of proof follows that of \textit{F. Trèves} [Amer. J. Math., 84, 561-577 (1962; Zbl 0114.052)] for similar partial differential operators.
