Interleukin 2 and immune response control mathematical model (Q1120489)

A mathematical model of proliferation control in the immune response is stated [see the author's paper, Immunology and Epidemiology, Proc. Int. Conf., Mogilany/Pol. 1985, Lect. Notes Biomath. 65, 44-52 (1986; Zbl 0592.92005), and the author, \textit{M. Jilek} and \textit{J. Dolezal}, Kybernetika 20, 37-46 (1984; Zbl 0534.92008)]. Computer simulations on the base of this model are carried out and their results are compared with concrete experimental data. The immunological properties of two genetically different mice strains are studied from this point of view. Note: This paper will probably be more interesting for biologists.
