Let \({\mathcal F}\) be a smooth foliation of codimension \(n\) on a differentiable manifold \(M\). Denote by \({\mathcal L}(M,{\mathcal F})\) the Lie algebra of foliated vector fields on \(M\), \(\chi(M/{\mathcal F})={\mathcal L}(M,{\mathcal F})/T{\mathcal F}\) the set of transverse (basic) vector fields. If there is a family \(\{X_1, \dots, X_n\}\) of foliated vector fields on \(M\), such that the corresponding family \(\{\overline X_1, \dots, \overline X_n\}\) of basic vector fields has rank \(n\) everywhere, the foliation \({\mathcal F}\) is called transversely parallelizable. If the vector subspace of \({\mathcal G}\) of \(\chi(M/{\mathcal F})\) generated by \(\{\overline X_1, \dots, \overline X_n\}\) is a Lie subalgebra, the foliation is called a Lie \({\mathcal G}\)-foliation. The authors obtain some results concerning the classification, in relation with the change problem, of Lie flows of codimension 3. After listing the 3-dimensional Lie algebras they obtain the main results, stated in the Theorems 5.1, 6.1 and 7.1.
