In this paper, the author studies two dynamical versions of critical 2-dimensional Voronoi percolation (which lives in the continuum plane). Either the colors are updated or the Poisson points are allowed to move. Similar to the lattice case, in a number of situations it can be shown that there exist exceptional times, where an infinite cluster appears. Moreover, noise sensitivity can be proved. The methods are inspired by and adapted from the lattice case, and make use of the ideas of spectral samples of measurable functions, but the present continuum set-up requires some serious technical modifications. In particular, an annealed version of the earlier employed quenched spectral sample is used. I found the paper well written and of interest.
