In recent years, zeta-type functions, especially the Riemann zeta function, the Hurwitz zeta function, the Lerch zeta function, seem to be at the top of the fields of interest and study of many mathematicians and other researchers. This paper covers the following topics: derivative of the Lerch zeta function, zero-free regions, trivial and nontrivial zeros. These topics have a very important place in the family of zeta functions and in analytical number theory. It has been known since Riemann that it is a very interesting field to investigate and study the zero of these functions and their derivatives. The authors, in this paper, study the distribution of the zeros of the derivative of the Lerch zeta function. They show not only the zero-free regions and the positions of the trivial zeros, but also give an asymptotic formula for the number of nontrivial zeros associated with the critical line. For the entire collection see [Zbl 1446.11004].
