The author intends to conclude a series of his investigations under the same title. He first generalizes some results in a previous paper by himself and \textit{H. C. Williams} [ibid. 67, 338--342 (1991; Zbl 0748.11053)], and thereby gives corrections to his result in C. R. Math. Acad. Sci., Soc. R. Can. 12, No.\ 4, 119--124 (1990; Zbl 0718.11055).
