The author proves that the subalgebra of convolution operators with Calderón-Zygmund kernels on a homogeneous group \(G\) is inverse-closed in the algebra of all bounded linear operators on the Hilbert space \(L^2(G)\). In particular, the author shows that if the operator associated to a Calderón-Zygmund kernel is invertible as an operator on \(L^2(G)\), then one can find another Calderón-Zygmund kernel so that the inverse operator can be identified as a Calderón-Zygmund operator associated with this kernel.
