    Denote by \([\cdot ]\) the greatest-integer function. Consider the following two systems of differential equations with piecewise constant argument \[ \begin{aligned} y'(t)&=A(t)y(t) + B(t)y([t])+f(t) + \varepsilon g(t,y(t), y([t]), \varepsilon ), \quad t\in\mathbb R,\\ y'(t)&=\widetilde f(t,y(t),y([t])) + \varepsilon g(t,y(t), y([t]), \varepsilon ), \quad t\in \mathbb R, \end{aligned} \] where \(A(t)\), \(B(t)\) are \(q\times q\)-matrices, \(f\in C(\mathbb R,\mathbb R^q)\), and \(\widetilde f, g\in C(\mathbb R\times \mathbb R^q\times \mathbb R^q, \mathbb R^q)\). By using the contraction mapping principle and exponential dichotomies, some sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence and uniqueness of almost periodic solutions to the above systems. Furthermore, harmonic and subharmonic solutions of these systems are investigated.
