In this paper, shunting inhibitory cellular neural networks (SICNN) with continuously distributed delays are studied. Sufficient conditions for the existence and global asymptotic stability of pseudo almost periodic solutions of such nets are proved by the authors. To do this Lyapunov functionals and differential inequality techniques are applied. In the paper, generalization of a Halanay inequality is presented. An example of SICNN with \( 3 \times 3 \) lattice is provided in order to illustrate the obtained theoretical results.
