In this long paper, which is a part of the author's PhD thesis, the author deals with centralizers of finite subgroups of the automorphism groups of free groups of finite rank and also with the automorphism groups of finite extensions of free groups of finite rank. So the main results are: ``Centralizers of finite subgroups of automorphism groups of free groups of finite ranks are finitely presented''. This combined with a result of McCool proves that: ``Any finite extension of a free group of finite rank has a finitely presented automorphism group''. To prove these results the author generalizes and extends results of McCool and Gersten. Details of the methods are too technical to be mentioned here, we can only say that he uses geometric (via graphs) techniques developed previously by McCool, Gersten and others.
