Let \(p:\mathbb C\to \mathbb R_+\) be a weight, let \(A_p(\mathbb C)\) stand for the set of entire functions \(f\) such that there exist \(A,B>0\) with \(|f(z)|\leq Ae^{Bp(z)}\), \(z\in\mathbb C\). For a given multiplicity variety \(V=\{(z_j,m_j)\}\) of diverging complex numbers \(|z_j|\leq |z_{j+1}|\) and \(m_j\in \mathbb N\), the variety \(V\) is called a uniqueness set for \(A_p(\mathbb C)\) if there is no function \(f\in A_p(\mathbb C)\) such that \(f\) vanishes on the \(z_j\) with multiplicity at least equal to \(m_j\), but the zero function. A relevant reference on the subject is [\textit{C. A. Berenstein} and \textit{B. A. Taylor}, Adv. Math. 33, 109--143 (1979; Zbl 0432.30028)]. From Jensen's formula it follows that if \(n=\sum\limits_{z_j=0} m_j\) and, for \(R>0\), \[ N(R)=\sum_{|z_j|\leq R} m_j \ln\frac{R}{|z|_j}+n\ln R, \] then if \(V\) is not a uniqueness set for \(A_{\rho}(\mathbb C\)), \(N(R)\leq Ap(R)+B\) for any \(R>0\). In this paper, the author proves that the converse assertion holds, and she establishes interesting equivalent conditions in terms of the restricion operator \(\rho(f)=\{f^l(z_j)/l!\}_{j,0\leq l<m_j}\).
