The author gives a classification up to quasiconformal deformation of the class \(\mathcal{C}_{0}\) of the geometrically finite function groups. The key lies in a technically difficult definition of signature for function groups. Examples are given to show that the complications arise when the groups have torsion. Within \(\mathcal{C}_{0}\), signature-preserving homeomorphisms have all the desirable extensions and uniqueness properties. In the case where \(G\) is torsion-free the basic extension and isomorphism theorems were given by Marden.
