Fuzzy preference is one of the interesting (applied) problems of fuzzy sets and belongs to the mathematical social science since it was discussed in detail by S. A. Orlovsky, using as main tool a choice function. How to define a rational choice function is a difficult problem and depends on the situation considered. Following Orlovsky different procedures for obtaining choice functions from given preference relations that may be taken to define various fuzzy preferences based on choice functions (PCF's) were given. The author of this paper tries to provide an axiomatic characterization of one of these choice functions and presents some valuable results. I think that this kind of problems can be effectively treated by means of factor spaces as proposed by P. Z. Wang.
