The author studies linear control systems of parabolic type. He gives convergence results concerning feedback stabilization against perturbations which concern both elliptic operator and boundary conditions. This is provided by a suitable estimation of the resolvent \((\lambda- M)^{-1}\) by an upper bound of its norm of the form \({K\over {1+| \lambda|}}\), where the system is \({u\over {dt}}+ Mu=0\). This occurs again for the perturbation \(\widetilde{M}\), when perturbation is near enough of the nonperturbed system (for a suitable topology). Proofs are given thanks to study of various fractional powers of perturbed elliptic operators.
