This survey article discusses conformal invariants of curves and surfaces in 3-spaces of constant curvature. The authors criticize that ``many recent papers seem to ignore the major works of yesteryear and the complete list of invariants that they defined.'' Thus they added a bibliography of 49 items. Unfortunately, the important contributions of M. A. Akivis to this field are not mentioned. Historical justice should also be given G. Thomsen's pioneering work: he is the main co-author of W. Blaschke's ``Vorlesungen über Differentialgeometrie'', vol. 3, (cited without mentioning him, item 4), and he published some interesting papers easier available as his (cited) thesis. In spite of this criticism the article may serve as a first introduction into problems, and the literature, of Möbius differential geometry.
