The author obtains noncommutative versions of the Kahane-Katznelson-De Leeuw theorem. This is accomplished by means of extending the methods developed by \textit{F. L. Nazarov} [St. Petersbg. Math. J. 9, 407-419 (1998); translation from Algebra Anal. 9, 272-287 (1997)]. The author also provides a very general version of the coefficient problem.
