The paper deals with a class of nonturning-point singularly-perturbed two-point boundary value problems for second-order ordinary differential equations with a small parameter multiplying the highest derivative, subject to Dirichlet-type boundary conditions. A computational method which is a slight modification of the method of Gasparo-Macconi is presented. An error estimate on the numerical solution is derived. The performance of the method is illustrated by numerical experiments for several examples.
