The author establishes inequalities for Green functions of Dini-smooth Jordan domains in \(\mathbb{R}^2\). A version of the 3G theorem is given for these domains. These results are used to prove comparison theorems for the Green kernel of \(\Delta- \mu\), \(\mu\) a nonnegative Radon measure, and the Green kernel of \(\Delta\).
