On variational problems with linear constraints (Q1588991)

Variational problems in linear normed spaces of the form \[ f(T_{1}x,T_{2}x,\dots,T_{m}x) \longrightarrow \text{ min}, \quad lx = c, \tag{P} \] and quadratic variational problems of the form \[ \sum^m_{i=1}(T_{i}x,T^{i}x) + (g,T_{0}x) \longrightarrow \text{ min}, \quad lx = c, \tag{Q} \] where the linear oprators \(T_i , l\) are bounded and the functional \(f\) is twice Gâteaux-differentiable are investigated. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the minimum are stated.
