Suppose \(L\) is a completely distributive lattice. An \(L\)-fuzzy co-topology on a set \(X\) is a subset \(\delta\) of \(L^X\) closed under finite joins and arbitrary meets. \((X,\tau)\) is called an \(L\)-fuzzy topological space. An \(L\)-fuzzy topological space \((X,\delta)\) is called \(T_0\) if for all \(x\neq y\), there is some \(U\in\delta\) such that \(\delta(x)\neq \delta(y)\). For each \(A\in\delta\), let \(A^*= \bigwedge\{B\in \delta\mid B\vee A= 1_X\}\). The relation \(\trianglelefteq\) on \(\delta\) is defined as follows: \(A\trianglelefteq B\) iff \(A\wedge B^*= 0_X\). An \(L\)-fuzzy topological space \((X,\delta)\) is said to be regular if \(A= \bigwedge\{B\in\delta\mid A\trianglelefteq B\}\). In this paper the existence of minimal \(T_0\) regular \(L\)-fuzzy co-topologies is verified and some equivalent characterizations of such \(L\)-fuzzy co-topologies, analogous to characterizations of minimal \(T_0\) regular spaces in general topology, are obtained.
