Explicit formulae for Whittaker functions are useful for the study of both local and automorphic representation theory. In this paper, the author studies the Whittaker functions for generalized principal series representations of \(\mathrm{GSp}(2,\mathbb{R})\) induced from Siegel parabolic subgroups, here \[ \mathrm{GSp}(2,\mathbb{R})=\{g\in \mathrm{GL}(4,\mathbb{R})\ |\ ^t\!gJ_2 g=\nu(g)J_2 \ \text{for some }\nu(g)\in \mathbb{R}^\times\} \] with \(J_2=\begin{pmatrix}& I_2\\-I_2&\end{pmatrix}\). By solving a system of partial differential equations for Whittaker functions derived by \textit{Y. Hasegawa} [Manuscripta Math. 134, No. 1--2, 91--122 (2011; Zbl 1229.11069)], the author obtains explicit integral representations of the corresponding Whittaker functions. As an application, the author evaluates the Archimedean part of Novodvorsky's zeta integral [\textit{M. Novodvorsky}, Proc. Symp. Pure Math. 33, No. 2, 87--95 (1979; Zbl 0408.12013)] in Section 4 of this paper. Combining with some previous works in both non-Archimedean and Archimedean cases, this gives the entireness of the spinor \(L\)-functions for generic cuspidal automorphic representations of \(\mathrm{GSp}(2,\mathbb{A})\), which has been proved by \textit{M. Asgari} and \textit{F. Shahidi} [Compos. Math., 142, 541--550 (2006; Zbl 1112.11027)] via the Langlands-Shahidi method.
