This article extends results of the preceding article [\textit{M. Abert} et al., Ann. Math. (2) 185, No. 3, 711--790 (2017; Zbl 1379.22006)] from real semisimple Lie groups to some class of linear semisimple groups (which are called ''happy groups'') of rank \(\geq 2\) over arbitrary local fields. The approach in the present article is basically the same as the one developed in the aforementioned article. However here it is necessary to deal with many problems, which do not arise in the Archimedean case. The main goal here is to establish certain asymptotic properties of any sequence of pairwise non-conjugate irreducible lattices. Also some new results concerning invariant random subgroups (i.e., Borel probability measures on the Chabauty space of closed subgroups, which is invariant under conjugation -- this notion generalizes the classical notion of lattices) and, in particular, a variant of the classical Borel density theorem, are obtained.
