The paper is treating the wave equation (mass 0 limit of the Klein-Gordon equation) in the Kerr geometry. A new feature of the Kerr geometry in contrast with Schwarzschild geometry consists in a new type of symmetry, described by Killing and Killing-Yano 2nd rank tensors (not vectors), which lead to the appearance of spheroidal angular functions, instead of spherical functions in the angular part of the solution. Tidal terms and rotation create a new configuration of the field near the source. There is a number of papers concerning Killing and Killing-Yano tensors, which are due to the schools by B. Carter (and one of his disciples: N. Kamran), Shun-ichi Tachibana, and R. Penrose: \textit{B. Carter}, Commun. Math. Phys. 10, 280--310 (1968; Zbl 0162.59302); \textit{S.-i. Tachibana}, Tohoku Math. J., II. Ser. 20, 257--264 (1968; Zbl 0174.53401); \textit{S.-i. Tachibana}, Tohoku Math. J., II. Ser. 21, 56--64 (1969; Zbl 0182.55301); \textit{T. Kashiwada}, Natur. Sci. Rep. Ochanomizu Univ. 19, 67--74 (1968; Zbl 0179.26902); \textit{S.-i. Tachibana} and \textit{T. Kashiwada}, J. Math. Soc. Japan 21, 259--265 (1969; Zbl 0174.53402); \textit{M. Walker} and \textit{R. Penrose}, Commun. Math. Phys. 18, 265--274 (1970; Zbl 0197.26404). I would like to stress attention of researchers in the field of Quantum Theory in Black Holes backgrounds on a very interesting contribution by \textit{J. A. Wheeler} [Transcending the law of conservation of leptons, Quaderno, No. 157, 133--164 (1971)], in which he treats quantum mechanically for the first time the bound orbits for mass particles in the Schwarzschild field, as well as the scattering states for Klein-Gordon and Dirac equation. Another very interesting case is the superradiation [\textit{C. W. Misner}, Bull. Am. Phys. Soc. 17, 472 (1972) and \textit{Ya. B. Zel'dovich}, Pis'ma ZhETF Zh. Èksp. Teor. Fiz. 14, 270 (1971), translation in JETP Lett. 14, 180 (1971)], which is due to bad behaviour of the scalar product for bosonic fields in the black hole ergosphere. The problem of scattering is widely studied, while the bound states are less studied. True instabilities should be related with the rest mass of the particles. The subject of the paper announced by authors will concern just the mass case of the Spin 0 field around a Kerr black hole, a problem in which Killing tensor symmetry and bound states problem meet both. No surprising results were found in the paper reviewed, since the massless wave equation around a Kerr black hole does not exhibit instabilities. The stability of the Kerr metric under scalar waves perturbations and the non-singularity of the horizon was discussed in widely known monographs. The first result entered in such classic books, as: The classical theory of fields by \textit{L. D. Landau} and \textit{E. M. Lifshitz} [Course of theoretical physics - Pergamon International Library of Science, Technology, Engineering and Social Studies, Oxford: Pergamon Press, 4th rev. Engl. ed. (1975)] and the second in: \textit{H. Stephani, D. Kramer, M. MacCallum, C. Hoenselaers} and \textit{E. Herlt}, Exact solutions of Einstein's field equations, 2nd ed., Cambridge Monographs on Mathematical Physics (2003; Zbl 1057.83004)]. The authors examine this problem by construction of the propagator for the wave equation in Kerr geometry. The authors prove the completeness of the solutions of the separated ordinary differential equations.
