The paper represents a generalization of the well known from standard Quantum mechanics theory of scattering (see, e.g. for a recent presentation: [\textit{H. Friedrich}, Theoretical atomic physics. Cham: Springer (2017; Zbl 1368.81003)]), when the system allows many channels, including open ones and closed other. The authors have given a well structured article, mathematically rigorous, which can find multiple applications in many problems and areas, including problems in non flat spacetimes.
