Let \(P(x,D)\) be a linear partial differential operator of order \(m\) on a complex manifold \(X\) with holomorphic coefficients for which the hypersurface \(Y\) on \(X\) be noncharacteristic. The author considers the Cauchy problem \[ P(x,D)u(x) =v(x), \quad D^h_1u(x) |_Y= \omega_h(x'),\;h=0, \dots, m-1; \] where \(\omega_h\) are the temperated holomorphic functions on the hypersurface \(Y\) logarithmically ramified along a hypersurface \(Z\) in \(Y\). The author proves the local well posedness of some operator Cauchy problem, then extends the results to general (overdetermined) systems and finally shows that these results can be adapted with data ramified along a particular type of variety, called ``swallow's tail''.
