Let \(S\) be a finite dimensional algebra over a field \(k\) and \(M\) a finite dimensional \(S\)-\(S\)-bimodule. Put \(B=T_S(M)/(R)\) where \(T_S(M)\) is the tensor algebra over \(S\) and \(R\) is an \(S\)-submodule in \(M\otimes_SM\). Take a linear map \(\theta\colon R\to S\) and set \(U=T_S(M)/(r-\theta(r),\;r\in R)\). Note that \(U\) is a filtered algebra. It is shown that the associated graded algebra of \(U\) is naturally isomorphic to \(B\) if and only if \(\theta\) is an \(S\)-bimodule morphism. Suppose that \(M=V\otimes S\) for some finite dimensional vector space \(V\). The left action of \(S\) induces an isomorphism of algebras \(T_S(M)\to T(V)\#S\). Suppose that \(A=T(V)/(R)\) is a classical Koszul algebra with a braiding \(S\otimes A\to A\otimes S\). Denote by \(U\) the algebra \(T(V)\#S/(r-\varphi_B(r)-\theta_B(r),\;r\in R)\) where \(\varphi\colon R\otimes S\to V\otimes S\), \(\theta\colon R\otimes S\to S\) are compatible with braidings. There is found a criterion under which \(U\) is a deformation of \(A\#S\).
