The concept of spectrally regular algebra is introduced in this paper. The subalgebra of bounded operators containing all quasidiagonal operators is considered. It is proven that this subalgebra is spectrally regular. This result is an analogue of the scalar case, concerning analytic functions not having zeros in a given field.
