    The author proves two existence results concerning \(T\)-periodic solutions to a nonlinear implicit evolution equation of the form \(v'(t)+ B(t) u(t)+ C(t) u(t)\ni f(t)\) for a.e. \(t\in (0, T)\), \(v(t)\in A(t) u(t)\) for a.e. \(t\in (0, T)\), where \(B(t)\) is maximal monotone in \(V\), \(A(t)\) is a subdifferential in \(W\), \(C(t): V\to W^*\) is Lipschitz, \(f\in L^2(0, T; V^*)\), \(V\) being a real Hilbert space densely and compactly embedded in the real Banach space \(W\).
