The author considers the properties of ferromagnetic, ferrimagnetic and ferroelectric materials. The basic equations associated with these types of materials are derived from Maxwell's equations. He introduced the concepts of relay operators and uses vector-relay operators to treat ferromagnetic and ferrimagnetic materials under a slowly varying electric field, and proves an existence theorem for the quasi-stationary problem. Next, he considers the eddy-currents associated with a strongly anisotropic ferromagnetic theorem and proves a uniqueness theorem. Following on this, he considers Maxwell's equations for a strongly anisotropic insulating ferrimagnetic medium and the associated existence theorems. Finally, he considers an insulating material, stated to be fictional with hysterias in both the magnetization and polarization. The paper closes with a discussion of questions which remain open and there is a long list of references. No actual materials are discussed however.
