The present paper is devoted to the investigation of the probabilistic discrete value distribution in the space of meromorphic functions for general Dirichlet series. Under some growth conditions for the sum \(f(s)\) of a given Dirichlet series it is proved that if \(h>0\) is a fixed real number such that \(\exp\{{{2 \pi} \over {h}} \}\) is rational number, then the probability measure \[ {1 \over{N+1}}\# \{0 \leq m \leq N : f(s+\Im h) \in A\} \] converges weakly to the distribution of some explicitly defined random element related to a considered Dirichlet series as \(N \to \infty\). Here \(A\) is a Borel set of the space of meromorphic functions on \(D=\{s \in \mathbb C: \sigma > \sigma_1\}\) , where \(\sigma_1<\sigma_a\), \(\sigma_a\) denotes the absolute convergence abscissa, and \(f(s)\) is meromorphically continuable to \(D\) with all poles included in a compact set. Part II, the second author, Lith. Math. J. 44, No. 1, 71--77 (2004); translation from Liet. Mat. Rink 44, No. 1, 85--92 (2004) has been reviewed in Zbl 1084.60016.
