In the development of his previous results [ RAIRO, Autom. Syst. Anal. Control 16, 275--286 (1982; Zbl 0493.93039)], the author applies the method of sign definite Lyapunov functions for the stability analysis of compact sets of dynamical systems defined on a locally compact metric space.
