The paper attempt to provide an answer to the following question: Is the function \(f\) zero if \[ \int_{\mid x\mid \leq r}f(x+y)dx = 0, \] where \(f \in L^{1}_{\text{loc}}(\mathbb R^ n), n \geq 2 \) and for some fixed \(r>0\) and all \(y\in \mathbb R^ n\)? However, four theorems were stated without proofs in the entire paper and it is difficult to conclude that the results obtained are correct.
