The previously proposed approach to rigorous defining Feynman path integrals [\textit{S. Albeverio} and \textit{Z. Brzeźniak}, J. Funct. Anal. 113, 177--244 (1993; Zbl 0779.46040)] [\textit{D. Elworthy} and \textit{A. Truman}, Ann. Inst. Henri Poincaré Phys. Théor. 41, 115--142 (1984; Zbl 0578.28013)] is improved in such a way that it is applicable to polynimially growig potentials. For this goal, a representation formula of the Parseval type is proved as well as a formela giving a direct connection between the infinite dimensional oscillatory (Feynma) integral and the Wiener integral.
