From author's introduction: \(\dots\) the purpose of this paper will be the complete resolution of \({\partial u/ \partial t} - \text{div} a(t,x,u,Du) + F(t,x,u,Du) = \mu\) in \(Q = (0,T) \times \Omega\), \(u=0\) on \((0,T) \times \partial \{\Omega\}\), \(u(0) = u_ 0\) in \(\Omega\) where \(\mu\) is a finite Radon measure on \(Q\) and \(u_ 0\) is a finite Radon measure on \(\Omega\). The operator \(a\) satisfies the general Leray-Lions conditions.
