Let \(V\) be a \(C^1\)-differential system on a compact smooth Riemannian manifold \(M\). Then \(V\) induces a \(C^1\)-flow \(V^t\) on \(M\), which in turn defines a special skew product flow on the orthonormal frame bundle. The authors study spectral properties of this skew product flow.
