A fuzzy topological vector space, whose topology is given by a fuzzy neighbourhood system, as introduced by Lowen, is called a linear fuzzy neighbourhood space. This paper is a continuation of a previous paper in which the basic concepts for the development of the subject were introduced [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 16, 25-40 (1985; Zbl 0587.54011)]. The author treats the metrization problem and generalizes the main metrization theorems. The uniformity here is due to Lowen. An interesting concept is that of ''concave'' fuzzy set and ''modulus of concavity'', which yields the following result: A linear fuzzy neighbourhood space (E,N) is probabilistic pseudo-seminormable iff N(0) contains a balanced, concave, n-bounded member.
