In this paper, the authors are interested in finding odd balanced tournament designs (OBTD(n)) with a pair *-orthogonal resolutions. They show that the existence of these objects is equivalent to the existence of a Room square of side \(2n+1\) possessing a special property (termed property B) and also state that these objects are useful in construction doubly near resolvable (v,3,2)-BIBD's. The authors then present starter constructions, direct and indirect product constructions, BPD constructions and frame constructions for OBTD(n) witha pair of *- orthogonal resolutions. These constructions are then used to obtain OBTD(n) with *-orthogonal resolutions for several large classes of n.
