A bipartition \((\lambda,\mu)\) of \(n\) is a pair of partitions \((\lambda,\mu)\) such that the sum of all of the parts equals \(n\). A \((k,\ell)\)-regular bipartition of \(n\) is a bipartition \((\lambda,\mu)\) of \(n\) such that \(\lambda\) is a \(k\)-regular partition and \(\mu\) is an \(\ell\)-regular partition. In this paper, the author proves the following interesting result. Theorem: Let \(B_{k,\ell}(n)\) denote the number of \((k,\ell)\)-regular bipartitions of \(n\). Then, for all integers \(\alpha\), \(n\) with \(\alpha \geq 2\) and \(n\geq 0\), we have \[ B_{3,11}\left(3^{\alpha}n+\frac{5\cdot 3^{\alpha-1}-1}{2}\right)\equiv 0\pmod{11}. \] Two conjectures on \(B_{5,7}(n)\) and \(B_{3,7}(n)\) are also given.
