Using the two-scale convergence method, the author studies the homogenization limit of a second order Steklov eigenvalue problem posed in a periodically perforated domain with infinite sign-changing density function. The limiting behavior of the eigencouples turns to depend crucially on the weight over the surface of reference hole.
