The article under review extends the results by \textit{A. Craw} and \textit{G. G. Smith} [Am. J. Math. 130, No. 6, 1509--1534 (2008; Zbl 1183.14066)] about presenting projective toric varieties as fine moduli spaces of quiver representations, beyond the toric case. Given a Mori Dream Space \(X\), it can be embedded into a \(\mathbb{Q}\)-factorial projective toric variety \(\tilde{X}\) where, a collection of effective line bundles \(\mathcal{L}=(\mathcal{O}_{X},L_{1},\ldots,L_{r})\) on \(X\) is uniquely lifted to a collection \(\tilde{\mathcal{L}}=(\mathcal{O}_{\tilde{X}},E_{1},\ldots,E_{r})\) of rank one reflexive sheaves on \(\tilde{X}\). We define a bound quiver \(Q\), whose set of vertices is \(\{0,1,\ldots,r\}\), arrows from \(i\) to \(j\) coming from irreducible sections in \(H^{0}(\tilde{X},(E_{j}\otimes E_{i}^{\vee})^{\vee \vee})\) , and introducing an ideal of relations \(J_{\mathcal{L}}\) such that \(\Bbbk Q/J_{\mathcal{L}}\simeq \mathrm{End}(\bigoplus_{0\leq i \leq r L_{i}})\). The first main result (c.f. Theorem 1.1) asserts that the rational map \(\varphi_{|\mathcal{L}|}:X\dashrightarrow |\mathcal{L}|\), obtained by evaluating sections, is a morphism if and only if each \(L_{i}\) is basepoint-free, and the image is given by a geometric quotient. In addition, the line bundles \(L_{i}\) are obtained as pullback of the tautological bundles on \(|\mathcal{L}|\) by \(\varphi\). The second one (c.f. Theorem 2.2) tells us that for any Mori Dream Space there exists (many) collections \(\mathcal{L}\) on \(X\) such that the morphism \(\varphi_{|\mathcal{L}|}:X\dashrightarrow |\mathcal{L}|\) provides an isomorphism between \(X\) and the fine moduli space \(\mathcal{M}_{\mathcal{V}}(mod-A)\) of \(\mathcal{V}\)-stable \(A\)-modules with dimension vector \((1,\ldots,1)\), where \(A:=\Bbbk Q/J_{\mathcal{L}}\). As an application of this, the authors recover the bounded derived category of coherent sheaves of del Pezzo surfaces from the bound quiver of sections of a full, strongly exceptional collection of line bundles.
