    Let \((X, {\mathcal B}, \mu)\) be a measure space and \(f,g : X \to X\) be invertible commuting measure preserving maps such that \(X\) is a disjoint union of \(B,f(B)\), \(g(B), fg(B)\), \(Q\) and \(f(Q) \cap Q = g(Q)\cap Q= \emptyset\). Then \(\mathbb{Z}^ 2 \ni (i,j) \mapsto f^ i g^ j\) defines an action \(T\) of \(\mathbb{Z}^ 2\) on \(X\). The author proves that \(h(T,\eta) \leq \mu(Q)\), where \(\eta\) is the partition \(\{A,Q\}\) and \(A = B \cup f(B) \cup g(B) \cup fg(B)\).
