A \((\alpha,\beta)\)-metric is a Finsler metric \(F\) defined on an open subset of \({\mathbb R}^n\) of the form \(F=\alpha\phi(\beta/\alpha)\), where \(\alpha\) is a Riemannian metric, \(\beta\) is a 1-form, and \(\phi:(-b_0,b_0)\to{\mathbb R}^+\) is a \(C^\infty\) function with \(\phi(0)=1\) and \(\phi(s)-s\phi'(s)+(b^2-s^2)\phi''(s)>0\) on \(|s|<b<b_0\). This paper completely classifies the 2-dimensional projectively flat \((\alpha,\beta)\)-metrics with constant flag curvature (the corresponding \(n\)-dimensional classification for \(n\geq 3\) was obtained in [\textit{B. Li} and \textit{Z. Shen}, Int. J. Math. 18, No. 7, 749--760 (2007; Zbl 1120.53011)]. The proof depends on the classification of 2-dimensional projectively flat \((\alpha,\beta)\)-metrics previously obtained by the author in [``On a class of two-dimensional Douglas and projectively flat Finsler metrics'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1302.3150}].
