The Atiyah class was introduced by Atiyah as the obstruction to the existence of a holomorphic connection on a complex manifold \(X\). It endows the shifted holomorphic tangent bundle \(T_X[-1]\) with a Lie algebra structure in the derived category of coherent sheaves of \(\mathscr{O}_X\)-modules, and thus the Atiyah class serves as a bridge between complex geometry and Lie theory. It plays an important role in the construction of Rozansky-Witten invariants. For any dg manifold \((M,Q)\), the space of vector fields with shifted degrees \((\chi(M)[-1],L_Q)\) is a Lie algebra object in the homology category \(H((C_M^{\infty},Q)-\mathrm{mod})\) of dg modules over \((M,Q)\), the Atiyah class \(\alpha_M\) is its Lie bracket. The triple \((\chi(M)[-1],L_Q;\alpha_M)\) is also a Lie algebra object in the Gabriel-Zisman homotopy category. This paper describes the universal enveloping algebra of \((\chi(M)[-1],L_Q;\alpha_M)\) and proves that it is a Hopf algebra. Based on this, the authors study the Fedosov dg Lie algebroid and recover a result in [\textit{Z. Chen} et al., C. R., Math., Acad. Sci. Paris 352, No. 11, 929--933 (2014; Zbl 1304.17009)] on the Hopf algebra arising from a Lie pair. The authors also obtain a result which is an analogue of Ramadoss's theorem in [\textit{A. C. Ramadoss}, Int. J. Math. 19, No. 6, 699--746 (2008; Zbl 1165.13011)] in the context of dg manifolds. Beside these, they show a commutative cubic diagram in \(\prod((C^{\infty}_{M_F},Q_F)-\mathrm{mod})\), whose left face is a relation of the Lie pair Atiyah class \(\alpha_{L/A}\) and the Atiyah class \(\alpha_F\) of the Fedosov dg Lie algebroid \((F,L_{Q_F})\) discovered by \textit{H.-Y. Liao} et al. [Adv. Math. 352, 406--482 (2019; Zbl 1417.58012)].
