The authors study a perturbed energy critical focusing NLS for \(d=3\). They construct solitary waves for focusing subcritical and defocusing supercritical perturbations and they prove that, in the case of power focusing subcritical perturbations and for a certain range of powers, a ground state exists and corresponds to the previously constructed solution. Furthermore, the authors study the long time dynamics of radially-symmetric solutions whose initial data are below the ground state action-threshold and prove that they can either scatter or blow-up in finite time dependeing on another condition.
