Let \(M,N\) be two analytic manifolds modelled over two Banach spaces over a totally disconnected locally compact field \(K\). In the first part of the paper [ibid. 7, No. 2, 19-53 (2000)] the loop semigroup \(\Omega_{xi}(M,N)\) was constructed, where \(\xi= (t,s)\) or \(\xi=t\) with \(0\leq t\in R\), \(s \in N\). Let \(F\) be the free abelian group over \(\Omega_{xi}(M,N)\) and \(B\) the subgroup of \(F\) generated by elements \([f+g]-[f]-[g]\), where \([f]\) denotes an element of \(F\) corresponding to \([f]\). The factor group \(F/B\) is denoted by \(L_{\xi}(M,N)\) and is called the loop group. In the paper properties are studied of the groups \(L_{\xi}(M,N)\): topological properties, the existence of pseudo-differentiable measures, representations. It is proved that \(L_{\xi}(M,N)\) has a family of characters which separate the points of it. The notion of an H-group is extended to the non-Archimedean case.
