Let \(G\) be an exponential solvable Lie group with Lie algebra \(\mathfrak g\) and \(\mathcal O\) a coadjoint orbit of some element of the dual space \( \mathfrak g^*\) of \(\mathfrak g\). Let \((p_i,q_i)\) be global Darboux coordinates for \(\mathcal O \) and let \(\mathcal A\) be the space of the restrictions of polynomial functions on \(\mathfrak g^*\) to \(\mathcal O\) and \({\mathcal A}_{1}\) the set of the quantifiable functions on \(\mathcal O\). The authors show that \(\mathcal A\) is not stable for the Moyal * product. They take then the closure \(\widetilde {{ \mathcal A}_1}\) of \({\mathcal A}_{1}\) for a certain metric \(d_*\) and they prove that \(\widetilde{{\mathcal A}_1 }\) contains all the functions \(p_i, q_i\). Finally it is shown that two global charts \((p_i, q_i)\) and \((p_i',q_i')\) of the orbit \(\mathcal O\) associated to the same polarization define the same completion \(\widetilde {\mathcal A}_1\) of \({\mathcal A}_1 \) and equivalent star products on \(\widetilde{ \mathcal A}_1\).
